2. Permitted Personal Use

You may view, print, and temporarily store individual pages of the Site solely for your own personal, non‑commercial use, provided that:

4. Trademarks

“AWS Ventures,” the AWS Ventures logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of AWS Ventures or its licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of AWS Ventures. All other names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

AWS Ventures is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its parent company, Amazon.com, Inc.

5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

AWS Ventures respects the intellectual‑property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. If you believe that any Content or User‑generated material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice pursuant to the U.S. DMCA. Your notice must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).

6. Requests for Permission & Licensing

The specific Content you wish to use;
The context and medium in which the Content will appear;
The duration of use; and
Any other information necessary for us to evaluate the request.

We reserve the right to grant or deny permission at our sole discretion and may condition permission on payment of a licensing fee.

7. Third‑Party Content

The Site may contain materials submitted or licensed by third parties. All third‑party trademarks, copyrights, product names, and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and used by AWS Ventures under license or other legal permission.
